Georgia Thespians Theatre Conference
Columbus, GA 2020
Created Curriculum and Facilitated several HS workshops during the 2022 Conference:
Exploring Human Rights through Theatre – Student-centered conversations that give participants tools in collaborating and investigating experiences outside of their own lived reality. The end result is short devised performances.
Brush Up Your Shakespeare (Shakespearean Sonnets) – Examining Shakespearean text using the Sonnets, centering the experience of the performer, not the academic.
Downtown Girls Theatre Collective
From October 2019 to December 2019, Downtown Girls Theatre Collective met every Saturday morning at Charlie Smith High School in Trench Town Jamaica. Girls from Trench Town, Parade Gardens, and Denham Town met in a theatre across borders theatre for social change experiment. The participants were amazing and their work investigated powerful social issues that they personally dealt with: the lack of water in garrison neighborhoods and the murder of a local girl, among others. Noted American novelist and playwright, Kia Corthron, had the opportunity to lead a writing workshop.
January 2020, DGTC’s program was transferred into the Institute of Jamaica’s Junior Center’s programming. There it continued until the COVID-19 pandemic shut it down permanently.
National Integrity Action
Kingston Jamaica, 2019
Created and conducted a networking, interviewing, and job search presentation using role play with a group of young aspiring soccer coaches (teens and young adults) from Majesty Garden in Kingston.
Green Team International

Our mission is to empower people in North America, the Caribbean, the African Diaspora and the world in matters concerning education and the environment through community-based grassroots initiatives.
Green Team aims to also RECONNECT people to the land.
The youth of Green Team International created short performances centered around the environmental education they received around plastic waste, pesticides, and other environmental pollutants.
Empress Circle
Empress Circle was a girl empowerment organization founded by local artists in a Rastafarian enclave in Downtown Kingston, Jamaica.
